WatchBut during the same interview she states she is willing to help the President-elect “get it together … to meet great challenges.” So his association with Williams Ayers remains concerning, but her association with this administration is not concerning? I guess being twice removed from Bill Ayers is okay. Confusing double-talk.
WatchGov. Palin still considering the “association” of Sen. Obama with William Ayers “concerning”.

Android Whimper
The Android OS based G1 available from T-Mobile was released. At least I think it was, since coverage in the major tech blogs was minimal. It seemed to be reserved to app store product comparisons to between the Android Market and the iTunes App Store. And here they simply compared how many games were available between the two.
Lukewarm reception at best.

iTunes Transition
The upgrade to iTunes 8 did hold a slight headache. As soon as the system restarted with the upgrade to iTunes 8, a bunch of folders and files appeared in the trash. I looked through them but nothing was discernable. Then came time to launch iTunes 8 and check out the new Genius playlist/recommendation function.

My first thought on chrome over the weekend was: Google OS. Task/Tab process management in a browser! Chrome + Cloud computing + Google Gears = The perfect challenge to the standard desktop OS.
